REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

We want you to enjoy your shopping experience at www.laundryflip.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you encounter a problem, you have the right to request a return within the specified time. Please read the return terms below:

1. Returnable situations
We accept return requests in the following cases:

The product was damaged or deformed during transportation

The product received does not match the order (wrong model, color, quantity)

The product has obvious quality defects

The product is new and unused, the packaging is intact, and the customer decides to return it at his own discretion

2. Return period
For customers in France and the European Union, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the product

For customers in other parts of the world, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible within 14 days of receiving the product

Returns after the return period may not be accepted

3. Return process
Please contact customer service at postscope@laundryflip.com to explain the reason for the return and attach the order number and photos (if there is a problem with the product).

Customer service will respond within 2 working days and provide the return address and specific instructions.

Customers are required to package the product and send it back to the specified address.

After the goods are inspected and accepted, the refund will be returned to the original route within a reasonable time.

4. Shipping Instructions
If the return is due to product quality problems, wrong delivery or transportation damage, we will bear the return shipping costs.

If you apply for a return for personal reasons (such as dislike, unsuitable, etc.), the return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

5. Non-returnable situations
The following situations will not be accepted for return:

The goods have been used, washed or damaged

Missing the original packaging, accessories or instructions

Orders that have exceeded the return period

Items clearly marked as “non-returnable” or “clearance sale”

6. Refund Instructions
The refund will be processed within 10 working days after we receive and confirm that the returned goods are correct, and the original route will be refunded to your payment account. The refund amount does not include the initial shipping cost unless the reason for the return is a product problem.

7. Special instructions (international orders)
For returns from non-EU countries/regions, customers must ensure that the package is marked as “return” to avoid secondary taxation. Delays in customs clearance will affect the speed of refund processing. Please understand the return customs clearance requirements of your country in advance.
